“There was nothing left in it!”, exclaimed a visitor after entering the Zürich’s Grossmünster church in 1524. He could not believe that all the images of the saints had been removed. The Reformation put the Word of God at the center of faith. This new, critical approach to the Bible has shaped the Church and society ever since.
The book deals with the history of the Zurich Bible from the “iconoclasm” to the challenge of translating the book of books from the original texts into German. The “reformed” way of dealing with the images comes up as well as the history of the Zurich Bible print.

Catalogue for the 2018 exhibition “Fusseli – Drama and Theatre” at Kunstmuseum Basel.
Johann Heinrich Füssli was one of the most imaginative and unconventional innovators of the late 18th century on the threshold between classicism and Sturm and Drang.
This publication focuses on Füssli's relationship with major works of literature and theater. It deals with the specific topics from literature to stage works and also examines the dramatic and “theatrical” means of staging, such as Füssli's exciting compositions and figure constellations.

Glarus burned down completely in a fire in 1861 and was quickly rebuilt according to a new development plan. This exemplary town planning of 1861 gives Glarus its urban character. This is made evident through the streets that are arranged in squares and stone buildings in the style of classicism and neo-renaissance.
The Institute for Constructive Design at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) has published a paper with the master's students, which puts forward theses for the further construction in the core city of Glarus and analyzes the existing structure.

Acoustic Drawing Method
By writing or drawing, a pen leaves visual marks. If you listen to it carefully, beside this visual outcome, the pen produces an acoustic effect as well. The topic of this project is to focus on this acoustic effect. The pen is the main actor of this research. This design approach called “Acoustic Drawing Method” switches over the perspective from the visual to the acoustic.
The parameters defined within this method are based on acoustic decisions. This method generates a new visual language defined by the acoustic aspect. The book is a catalogue of all those visual marks: it is a documentation of their sounds. It shows 177 different signs of ten different pens.
The program is the other essential part of the project and contains all the acoustic material. All 1770 audio-files can be explored within this program.

The book “The Italian Comedy” shows parallels between the old Italian improvisation theater (Commedia dell’arte) and the Italian politics of the last decades.
Starting from the book “The Italian Comedy” by Pierre Louis Duchartre and a list of all accused and convicted politicians in the Italian parliament, a book has been created that compares the subject of staging and improvisation in the two professions.
